Hair in bun? CHECK! Dragonfly Inn t-shirt on? CHECK! Excitement for the return of the best television writer (and some of the best actors) EVER? CHECK! CHECK! CHECK! It's finally here! The day that Amy Sherman-Palladino, one of the best voices on television today, experiences her triumphant return to our living rooms. Bunheads will air it's pilot episode tonight at 9/8c on ABCFamily. We all need to show our support of the woman who gave us some of the best, most rounded characters of all time. The woman who gave birth to Lorelai, Rory, Luke, Sookie... and the rest of Stars Hollow. As I mentioned, I've already seen the pilot (although you know I'll still be front and center of my tv tonight at 9pm!)... and it's worth the hour of your life, TRUST! Leave the dishes til later, tell the kids to shut it... much more important shit is happening than the fact that you made a clay handprint in art class today. Get ready to see Emily Gilmore, Gypsy and Drella/Miss Celine in action once again! Get ready to hear the words of Amy Sherman-Palladino... always hilarious, quick-witted and chock full of pop culture references. And get ready to be introduced to the quirky, funny, gorgeous Sutton Foster... as she leaves The Big White Way and joins the rest of us plebes on the small screen. She may not be Lorelai Gilmore, but I'm sure you'll all find "Michelle" to have the same spirit and fiestiness as our beloved Lorelai the Second. And here's where I'll drop a little bit of knowledge on y'all... Sutton Foster is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge Gilmore girls fan. Makes you like her even more, huh? A world without AS-H felt so empty and incomplete. I can't even able to explain how happy I am to have her back.
